Alessandro Pintus , the 39-year-old bricklayer accused of gunning down his 42-year-old brother Andrea in Margine Rosso, on the Quartu coast, after less than half an hour earlier in Solanas, he had left his wife Michela Rubiu (47, from Sinnai) near death with a single bullet to the face , will appear today before the Cagliari investigating judge for a validation hearing. But when the suspect, charged with murder and attempted aggravated murder, appears before Judge Ermengarda Ferrarese, the public prosecutor Giangiacomo Pilia may have already charged him with a new, very serious crime: the attempted murder of an eyewitness who allegedly witnessed the argument with his wife outside the family bar on Via Al Mare in Solanas, which subsequently resulted in the shot being fired at her.
