The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Cagliari Company arrested a 53-year-old unemployed man, already known to the police and subjected to the precautionary measures of probation and a ban on approaching places frequented by his mother.
Despite having an electronic bracelet and orders to stay away from the woman, the 53-year-old went to her house and began demanding money . The Carabinieri then intervened on the scene, but during the identification operations, the man resisted, going so far as to violently kick one of the soldiers, causing him injuries, fortunately of a minor nature.
For this reason he was arrested for violating the orders of removal and prohibition of approaching the places frequented by the injured party, resisting a public official and personal injury.
He is now in Uta prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
