Pensioner overwhelmed by his rotary cultivator in the countryside of Carloforte

Overwhelmed by the vehicle with which he was arranging agricultural land in Carloforte , a pensioner was transported to Brotzu by helicopter.
His leg got caught in the cutters , a situation that made rescue difficult, and he also sustained wounds to his abdomen. It happened at noon, in the locality of Pescetti, in the countryside of the island of San Pietro. The wounded man's name is Mario Obino. Once he lost control of the rotary cultivator, the farmer found himself with a leg trapped between the cutters of the same vehicle. The man's screams immediately triggered the rescue but the situation immediately appeared complicated.
Medical aid could only begin when the farmer was freed from the cutters . Only after this operation was it possible to transport Obino as a matter of urgency to the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari, aboard the helicopter rescue service that intervened in Carloforte.
