A man accused of the crime of mistreatment against his parents ended up in handcuffs . He was arrested yesterday, April 17, by the Carabinieri of the Ozieri company in collaboration with the men of the radiomobile.

The alarmed soldiers intervened in the elderly parents' home after yet another episode of violence by the son. The man threatened the mother and father with insults and throwing objects, shouting and continuous requests for money. Faced with their refusal, the son reacted violently by destroying all types of furniture and furnishings. Behaviors for which, in recent months , the precautionary measure of urgent removal from the family home had already been ordered against the man.

Once stopped, the man was taken to the police station to await the validation hearing.
