Over a century of life, a milestone reached by Osilo's grandmother, Giovanna Campus, who, strong in her religious faith, celebrated her 101st birthday. She was visited by Osilo's mayor, Giovanni Ligios, and by the councilor for Social Services, Valentino Canu, to extend their warmest wishes on behalf of the entire municipal administration. They presented the town's centenarian with a bouquet of flowers as a sign of affection.

The elderly woman's face bears the marks of someone who has lived through historic moments in the country's history, crucial events that occurred on the island, episodes and experiences she treasures in her memory , emotions but also hardships she shared with her loved ones, with whom she celebrated her birthday. The entire community of Osilo, a town that showed her support, for her constant generosity and her dignity, an example to all her family, celebrated her.
