Oristano, the sports facilities of Torangius are reborn

A padel court, an ice rink and a climbing wall.

After years in a state of neglect, the moment of redemption is approaching for the Torangius sports complex.

The opportunity is offered by the Pnrr which makes two loans available to the Municipality of Oristano: the first of 900 thousand euros for the construction of new outdoor facilities; the second from 600 thousand for the redevelopment of existing fields.

Yesterday the Public Works sector entrusted the design of the two interventions. There will be time until 31 March 2023 to tender out the works, while the construction site will have to be closed within three years.
