A repeat offender, he was already under an ongoing precautionary measure for mistreatment of his parents. And in 2023, he was warned by the Police Commissioner for stalking his ex-girlfriend .

Even with his new partner, with whom he didn't live, he engaged in harassing and violent behavior. So much so that the victim ran away, calling for assistance from the patrol car.
