Just a glance at the height of the wheels is enough to realize that the city is not for everyone. Whether it is a wheelchair or a stroller, it makes little difference: in Oristano, rather than an urban path, one could speak of an obstacle course.

43-year-old Gianluca Contini, who faces the city in a wheelchair every day, knows this well and who already six months ago raised his alarm when, blocked in Viale Diaz in front of a trap-platform, he had to ask for help from the police.

Reviving the problem is a motion filed by the center-left city councilors. However, the City Council provides reassurances: "The Peba has already been drafted and is currently being considered by the Council."
