With 16 votes in favor, the majority of Massimiliano Sanna gave the green light to the budget and cleared the field of the clouds that had gathered over the coalition after the birth of the mixed group.

In his reply, the mayor of Oristano rejected the accusations of the minority, judging most of the proposals contained in the nearly 100 amendments "repetitive and unfeasible or already underway".

«I feel the need to meet you to understand what the priorities were, but projects cannot be proposed without indicating with which funds to implement them - he said addressing the opposition benches - Our Dup, absolutely perfectible, is not a book of dreams. We want to be concrete and consistent with what we promised in the electoral campaign".

To those who asked for his resignation, he recalled that the majority has never once gone down in a vote. "Not even during the discussion of the budget, a crucial moment for an administration," he added.

Of the 85 amendments presented in the Chamber by Pd, Oristano Più and Oristano Democratica and Possibile (11 were withdrawn) not one has obtained the go-ahead from the center-right, always tacit and compact in its refusal of any proposed modification or integration.
