Twelve workers without a contract and without any insurance coverage inside a nightclub in Oristano , which has been temporarily closed.
The suspension of the activity was triggered after weekend checks by the Labor Inspectorate of the Cagliari-Oristano metropolitan area.
In the nightclub, bankers, security personnel and room attendants worked illegally, including four non-EU citizens whose regularity of residence permits are being checked .
As explained, 14 "maxi fines" will also be imposed against the owners for a total of over 50 thousand euros . Furthermore, the stop to activity, the Inspectorate explains, was adopted in the "increased version, for the illegal employment of more than 5 workers".
Activity was also suspended in some premises in Cagliari checked over the weekend, in these cases due to the presence of an illegal worker.
