Tourism is an increasingly important voice in the economy of Orgosolo. Here is a brand within a project "Miradas", which includes a long series of actions thanks to a financing of one million and 600 thousand euros from the mystery of culture.
For the mayor Pasquale Mereu «the use of a single brand for all the activities in the area, those aimed at visitors and not only, will allow us to be even stronger and more recognizable every time we propose our tourist offer».
For Paola Locci, project manager of "Miradas", the initiative represents «a great opportunity for the entire community and the greatest strategic objective in which we are all involved is to make the Orgolese offer increasingly distinctive and relevant, which is the only way to capture value on the market».
The brand and slogan (“The other face of Sardinia”) were designed by a team of teachers and students from the European Institute of Design in Cagliari.
