Oliena, overturns and ends up in the stream: 66-year-old injured

A 66-year-old was injured this morning around 8.20 in a car accident in via Ugo La Malfa in Oliena.

The car, driven by a 66-year-old, hit an embankment and overturned into a nearby stream. Once the rescue efforts began, the Nuoro Fire Brigade arrived on site to make the scene safe, the 118 health workers provided first aid to the unfortunate victim and transferred him to the San Francesco hospital.

The Carabinieri of the Oliena station have the task of reconstructing what happened.
