Oliena, boulder falls on a group of climbers: rope breaks, woman injured

Accident in Oliena , in the Spigolo del Cusidore area on the Via Classica.

A boulder fell on a group of 5 climbers, breaking the progression rope. One of the hikers was injured in the hand.

The 118 center of Sassari sent the Olbia air ambulance to the scene and requested the intervention of the Alpine Rescue.

The woman was transported to the Nuoro hospital, and all the other members of the group were then rescued.
