Olbia, the stalker does not give up and still approaches his ex: arrested

A 30-year-old worker from Olbia was arrested and transferred to prison on the orders of the investigating judge of Tempio, Caterina Interlandi.

The man was already the recipient of a precautionary measure, a ban on approaching his ex-girlfriend, and in recent days, despite the judge's warnings, he would have repeatedly violated the magistrate's orders.

The man is accused of having damaged the car of his ex-partner, of having daubed her mailbox with paint and of having sent her emails attributing and claiming intimidation acts.

The stalker was picked up from the workplace by the Carabinieri and transferred to Bancali. According to the investigations, the young man from Olbia acted considering himself provoked after seeing his ex-partner kissing another boy. A situation assessed as very serious by the judiciary which intervened harshly, aggravating the measure (an infrequent fact) and arranging for custody in prison.
