Removal from the family home for a 40-year-old man who, according to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, has been mistreating his partner and three minor children for years . The facts indicated in the indictment occurred in Olbia until a few days ago and now the Red Code protocol has been triggered based on the reports of the Carabinieri of the Olbia Territorial Department.

According to the prosecutor, the abuse was reported by the victim with several complaints, but the most serious events occurred in the last two months. The woman was allegedly beaten several times in front of her children. In September, two very serious episodes occurred. The man allegedly threatened his wife with a knife and then, on another occasion, grabbed an axe, terrorizing the woman and her children.

The alleged perpetrator of the violence, defended by criminal lawyer Fabio Varone, will be questioned by the investigating judge of Tempio Alessandro Cossu next Wednesday.
