Over 250 thousand euros in aid from the Pnrr which in reality she was not entitled to. The men of the Fiamme Gialle group from Olbia discovered this after an inspection of a hotel company that has been operating in the city since 2010 and which had not submitted the declaration for direct taxes for the year 2019.

The tax inspection, extended to 4 tax years, allowed the tax recovery of a tax base equal to approximately 400,000 euros, resulting in an evaded corporate income tax of almost 100,000 euros in addition to 10,000 euros of VAT due .

In light of the irregularities, together with further tax bills worth over 150 thousand euros, the Financial Police verified the existence of the access requirements for the so-called Superbonus Hotel which the company had attempted to access with an application submitted in 2021, was found to be irregular and therefore blocked.

Without the intervention of the economic and financial police, the hotel company would have been awarded tax credits not due for more than 220 thousand euros in addition to the provision of a non-repayable contribution worth 40 thousand euros.

The legal representative of the company was reported for the tax crime of failure to declare and for the attempted undue receipt of public funds.
