Using pliers and a crowbar, he managed to enter the tobacconist's bar in the Q8 service area in the industrial area of Olbia shortly after midnight , passing through a side window.
Once inside he took away several packs of cigarettes and packets of tobacco for a total value of over 14 thousand euros : a young man was arrested red-handed by the military of the Olbia Radiomobile Section.
The owner of the business alerted the Carabinieri and immediately called 112, thus intercepting and blocking the foreigner just a few moments after committing the crime.
The man, with several criminal records for theft, is now temporarily held in the security cells of the Olbia barracks, awaiting a direct trial by the Tempio Pausania Prosecutor's Office.
