More than fifty meters long, mixed with thirty kilograms of re-milled durum wheat semolina and five of lard, and stuffed with thirty kilos of sheep's cheese produced in Santa Caterina di Pittinurri flavored with ten kilos of lemons picked from the trees of Mills.

It is the largest seada in the world, built in the Coldiretti Village, set up on the Cossiga seafront on the occasion of the Rally Italia Sardegna world championship, underway in Olbia until tomorrow.

Fried in thirty liters of Cuglieri olive oil and served with fifteen kilos of local honey, the record-breaking seada was cut into six hundred pieces, offered for tasting to visitors.

To prepare the typical Sardinian maxi-sized dessert, which will be entered in the Guinness World Record book, a team of six people, the producers of Campagna Amica and many volunteers and associations involved in the sporting event.
