Serious accident at work this morning in Olbia , on a construction site in the Maltana area .
A worker was hit by a metal object , perhaps a piston, in the face and suffered very serious injuries to his eyes .
The intervention of the 118 personnel and the air ambulance was immediate.
Inspectors from Spresal and the Olbia ASL were also on site.
