Off the road to Putzolu, the guardrail sticks between the metal sheets
The scene that presented itself before the eyes of the rescuers was terrible
Terrible accident this morning along the provincial road 127 in Gallura.
In the area of Putzolu, a hamlet of Olbia, a Fiat Panda went off the road and crashed into the guardrail that got stuck between the metal sheets.
The young man at the wheel, a 21-year-old, was rescued after the alarm raised by some motorists. The firefighters intervened on the spot and extracted the driver from the cockpit entrusting him to the 118 health workers. He was ordered to transport him by helicopter to the hospital in Sassari.
