Off the road on State Road 126: woman with red code

Bad accident on state road 126, on the stretch from Sant'Antioco to Calasetta.

For reasons to be ascertained, around 12pm, a woman in a Nissan Juke lost control of the car, which went off the road and overturned sideways.

Passers-by immediately called the emergency numbers.

The carabinieri from the local station, the Carbonia firefighters and the 118 staff of the Carbonia Auser arrived on site, with the Sirai medical team.

The woman was transported under code red to the Sirai hospital in Carbonia. Anas staff were also on site to clean the road.
