There was no delay in the rescue and protocols for the therapies given to Francesca Debuggias , the 23-year-old girl who arrived on the night between 18 and 19 July 2017 at the San Francesco di Nuoro hospital with a stroke in progress . and died a few hours later.

No delay and therefore no blame for the doctors who took care of her .

This was established this morning by the judge of the Court of Nuoro , Giacomo Ferrando, who in the abbreviated judgment acquitted "because the fact does not exist" the emergency room doctor Teresa Orani (defended by Lorenzo Soro) and the operator of the 118 plant Sandro Arminu (defended by Bastiano Chironi) who assigned the woman a green access code to the emergency room. Family members have always maintained that the stroke was not diagnosed in time.

A story with a very long judicial process, passed through three requests for filing, two probatory incidents, and the compulsory registration in the register of suspects decided by the investigating judge, against the two doctors for manslaughter. Prosecutor Giorgio Bocciarelli also asked for acquittal for the two defendants, who after three requests for dismissal and two evidentiary incidents in the abbreviated judgment had reiterated that "all protocols had been followed" .

The girl arrived at the hospital at 2.30 in the morning , the neurologist was called two hours later. The tac at 6 in the morning, the therapy started six hours after admission.
