Not only Poetto: an arena for major events at the Cagliari summer fair
The Municipality and the Business Services Center want to set up the space for the shows, but organizers are needed who are ready to bring artists

Not only the space of the old Poetto football fields ( HERE THE NEWS ). The Municipality of Cagliari, in collaboration with the Business Services Center of the Chamber of Commerce, has decided to set up an arena for summer shows at the Fair. The idea is there, now we are looking for organizers who will bring the shows from May to September.
The layout, still on paper, concerns a space with 5,000 standing places or, alternatively, two thousand seated. The notice addressed to operators in the sector states that «the entertainment area» will be «complete with all the necessary structures and services, with the possibility of increasing the capacity, for extraordinary events, following the adaptation of the same area at the expense of the manager".
The proposed fee is 3,750 euros per show, "to be added to the costs relating to technical assistance and out-of-pocket expenses (such as cleaning and surveillance) for the days of the show, and for the set-up and dismantling days".
The organizers will be able to express their interest with a Pec to be sent by April 15, "specifying the type of show, dates, times and expected audience turnout". The arena will only be set up if a sufficient number of proposals are registered.
