A pink revolution: the Region provides one hundred euros a year for the purchase of sanitary towels.
The council's resolution allocates 14.7 million for three years.

A contribution towards the purchase of menstrual hygiene products. The Todde council approved the establishment of an annual contribution of 100 euros for women residing on the island, aged 12 to 20, with no income limit.
The initiative is also extended to women of all ages with particular needs.
The allocated resources amount to 2.1 million for 2026 and 6.3 million annually for 2027 and 2028, for a total of 14.7 million euros.
