They, the Chinese, have nothing to do with the New Year's "wind explosions" in the Port of Oristano. On the other side of the world, in the far eastern China, in Qidong, Jiangsu province, the arrival of the new year, that of the Snake, will be celebrated on January 29th. In the buildings overlooking the Gulf of Tharros, however, many knew of the "coincidence" of the Chinese landing on Sardinian soil with the eve of the new year, that of the Gregorian calendar.

Coincidence at the table

A carefully planned “coincidence”, put into action with all the trappings of a blitz, capable of marking a turning point capable of upsetting international financial balances, overturning high-level agreements, upsetting the panorama of wind energy growth in Sardinia and beyond. They had built the Sardinian “saucer” in every single detail in the financial suburbs of an elite of powerful people, all Western. Big shots in industry and finance, all closely linked to European diplomacy, the one that in 2021 had granted Italy an avalanche of money, that of the PNRR.

The high-class exchange

The operation was supposed to mark an “implied” exchange: we, Northern European states, give the green light to those 209 billion for Italy, in exchange the “Bel Paese” must “plan” a “pushed” energy transition, throwing open the doors of Sardinia to the multinationals of wind turbines, from Norway to Denmark, from France to Germany. In practice, with one arm they would have disbursed those funds, mostly loans, with the other, the wind one, they would have taken them back by selling propellers and turbines at a high price, “capturing” in addition an avalanche of “green” incentives all taken from the bills of Sardinians and Italians. The new year, instead, begins with a bang, the Chinese one.

The Chinese Dawn

After having assumed the absolute and unchallenged dominion of the photovoltaic panels placed in Sardinia, all «Made in China», now it is the turn of the air “slicers”, those until now in absolute dominion of Vestas & company. It is eight in the morning of December 31, in the year of the Lord that opens the doors of the Jubilee 2025. The tip arrives at dawn: a Chinese ship at anchor in the Gulf of Oristano. It is loaded with wind turbines, says the letter reserved for the Harbour Master and tugboats. No further details on that load that arrived in the Porto del Grano when the only thought is for dinner and concerts. Here, the industrial quadrant, with mega warehouses built and abandoned even before the entrance door was fixed, is deserted. In this ravine, at dawn on New Year's Eve, no one will ever dream of passing in front of those seduced and abandoned docks, after months of “guerrilla warfare” against the impositions of the State.

The Polish diversion

When the bow of the giant of the seas begins to swing in the outer port of Oristano, it is clear from a mile away that the cargo is not coming from around the corner. The name of the ship is a secret service diversion, dedicated to Witold Pilecki , a Polish soldier who entered clandestinely, in 1942, the Auschwitz concentration camp to organize an attempted armed revolt among the Nazi prisoners.

Chinese Passepartout

The Chinese know it all. They couldn't enter the heart of Europe without a double-locked master key . They planned the operation to land in the West with wind turbines on the eve of the European PNRR.

Invading Europe

The shipyards of ancient China in an instant began churning out cyclopean ships with one goal: to invade the Old Continent with real rotating “ Eiffel towers” produced by the People’s Republic of China. The launch of the Pilecki , in 2022, on the other side of the world, is an event, complete with state flags, for a ship with exorbitant numbers: 199 meters long, more than 32 meters wide with a draft of 13.5 meters when fully loaded. According to Asian reports, the Pilecki cargo ship is the largest multipurpose vessel in the world equipped with its own cranes.

Street of the Wind

Intended, needless to say, to transport Chinese wind turbines around the world. The viaticum to disembark in Europe is written in the ship's documents: Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company Chipolbrok . A true "Trojan horse", a company between China and Poland to open an impressive gap in the trans-European corridors. A sort of ancient "Silk Road" transformed into a modern "Wind Road". From the dawn of time to today, the Chipolbrok has transformed into an ocean battleship with a patrimony of over 300 million dollars and a fleet of 17 ships for heavy lifts. The transition from ships to Chinese wind turbines is a moment. Up until now, a ship loaded with Chinese blades had never docked on the Island, ready to overwhelm the established order of Vestas & company . A true international upheaval that risks marking further heavy consequences on the invasion of Sardinia by fixers and lobbies, multinationals and financial potentates.

“Yellow” shovels

That there were “yellow” blades on board the “wind vessel” was not immediately decipherable, in a port that had suddenly become armored again. To trace the ship’s route, it was necessary to “break through” the blockade of the tracks enclosed in the servers of over a month of navigation. The only two recorded stops, before the one in Oristano, in fact, are clearly a diversion: the Port of Granadilla , in the south-east of the island of Tenerife, Spain, docking on December 23, and the even stranger one in Arzew , in Algeria, on December 27. The irrefutable date and the real departure base can only be reconstructed with the Chinese cargo registers. In fact, they do not have to hide anything. The shipping company records: “our ship Pilecki has safely docked at the Port of Lvsi for loading operations.”

The Chinese footprints

It is November 11, 2024. The confirmation is twofold: the company's statements and the photographic image that we publish, exactly the one that "impresses" the load of wind turbines on the Chinese dock, the same ones that arrived on New Year's Eve in the port of Oristano. The cross-referencing with the ship's papers and Chinese documents is more than a confirmation: the turbines that just arrived in Oristano are manufactured by the Chinese company Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. , commonly known as Goldwind , or "Golden Wind". The new wind Eldorado for China, therefore, is called Sardinia, an unprecedented gateway for wind business. An operation that turns everything upside down. In fact, low-cost wind turbines have just arrived on the island, those produced by a Chinese multinational "funded" by a mountain of public money from Mao Tse-Tung's grandchildren. The new Chinatown of wind in Europe is on the island of Sardinia, increasingly a land of conquest.
