A message of death for four recipients, all from Oliena. It is the one left probably in the night between Friday and last Saturday on the wall of the town cemetery. Four names and surnames with as many crosses written with black paint that leave little room for interpretation on that wall. Four recipients for a message that many fear in Oliena is once again an omen of announced tragedies. The threats refer to a pattern already whispered at the foot of the Corrasi twenty years ago, to those entries in lists of death row inmates (never found by the investigators) that in the village were said to have been posted on the walls of the cemetery.

The new list

This time the wall chosen to send a message of death to four Olianesi is the one to the right of the main entrance to the cemetery, not far from a building material resale. Yesterday the writings were no longer visible, quickly erased. But in the village the names have already made the rounds from house to house, whispered one after the other. Among them there would also be those who, in the past, had had to deal with serious crime episodes but who had not been talked about for years. The police have focused their attention on the matter, without underestimating it. They try to understand the reasons, to reconstruct every possible link between those names written in a place that rekindles fear in Oliena : twenty years ago in the village on the foot of the Corrasi there was talk of a list of condemned people who were found in the graveyard which followed a long series of crimes.

Feud and new crimes

The old files on the crimes of 20 years ago are dusted off at this point also because only a few months ago, in January, the farmer Tonino Corrias was shot dead in the center, a few meters from the Municipality.
