The 38-year-old Nigerian resident in Cagliari was the protagonist of another episode of violence, having repeatedly beaten women he met on the street in and around the city in recent days.

The latest case occurred in Monserrato. A 66-year-old from Assemini got on a CTM bus in Selargius, approached the machine to stamp the ticket and while looking for a free seat she noticed the foreigner staring at her. Without any reason the man ordered her to get off the vehicle at the next stop. The woman, very scared, reached the driver but the 38-year-old kicked her violently in the side.

The driver, realizing what had happened, continued the journey and contacted the emergency number 112 until arriving in via Cabras in Monserrato, in front of the police station, remaining behind closed doors to allow the military to intervene.

At that time the woman did not want to formalize any complaint and the foreigner, identified, was released.

However, the videos recorded by the internal video surveillance system of the bus were acquired and it was reconstructed that there are further complaints against the same Nigerian for similar episodes. For example, one occurred in Cagliari, in Viale Merello, where he hit a woman by punching her in the head.

HERE IS THE VIDEO:

Yesterday the 66-year-old from Assemini filed a complaint and the police reported the foreigner for personal injury and interruption of public service.
