Accused of four thefts in as many houses in Monserrato, a 38-year-old from Cagliari was reported on the loose by the carabinieri of the local station.

The young man worked in the early hours of the morning, entered homes by raiding what he found: televisions, jewels, paintings and more.

Then at 10 he showed up on time for work, followed by social services. The carabinieri, coordinated by lieutenant Pierapolo Sabiu, having received the complaints, started the investigation by collecting confidences, stalking and also following the 38-year-old from Cagliari, who was later unmasked thanks to the images of a camera.

Now the soldiers are trying to recover the stolen goods.
