Aggravated theft. It is the accusation that a 48-year-old, arrested by the carabinieri in Monserrato, has to answer for.

The unemployed man was surprised by the military after having removed 40 liters of diesel from the tank of a truck parked in a construction site in via Porto Botte.

After the detention, the house arrests and the hearing before the judge for summary proceedings began.

The fuel, stored in tanks, was instead returned to its rightful owner.
