Monserrato, at the tobacco vending machine with the stolen ATM

The Carabinieri of the Monserrato station have reported a thirty-one-year-old unemployed man from Assemini, already known for previous legal cases, for improper use of credit cards and receiving stolen goods.

Thanks also to the images recorded by the municipal video surveillance system, the operating soldiers collected unequivocal clues of guilt: the 31-year-old had used an ATM card stolen several times last January 14th from inside a car parked in Cagliari in via Paracelso.

It emerged that three operations had been carried out through payments with the POS at the "Tabaccheria di Pisano" cigarette vending machine, in via Redentore, for a total amount of €75.
