Mogoro, a woman who ended up off the road with her car is serious

A 60-year-old woman was transported in red code to the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari following the injuries sustained in the road accident that took place this morning, at 8:15, along the Mogoro ring road.

The woman, for reasons to be ascertained, lost control of her car and went off the road. Other motorists raised the alarm.

The firefighters intervened on the spot and extracted the trapped sixty-year-old from the passenger compartment, and the 118 with ambulance and helicopter rescue.

The woman suffered several injuries but would not be life threatening.
