Mistreatment in the Oristano area: prison and prohibition of approaching family members for two suspects

Two precautionary measures validated this morning by the investigating judge of the Oristano court for ill-treatment.

The first provides for a ban on approaching his wife and daughter and concerns a 53-year-old resident of San Vero Milis who, according to the disputes, mistreated his spouse and daughter by imposing on them a humiliating life made up of oppression, insults, threats and physical beatings.

This morning the guarantee interrogation before the judge Federica Fulgheri: the suspect made use of the right not to answer. In silence before the investigating judge also the other suspect, reached by the precautionary measure in prison again for ill-treatment of his mother and sister.

The 34-year-old from Tramatza for whom the Public Prosecutor's Office has requested prison is accused of having threatened and engaged in behaviors of psychological violence against his mother and sister ; serious episodes to the point of arousing anxiety and fear in them. The 34-year-old suffers from mental disorders and for this reason the judge ordered his placement in a structure suitable for his condition.

Both suspects are defended by the lawyer Fabio Costa.
