Marrubiu, to avoid an animal, ends up against the guardrail and then into the ditch

To avoid an animal that crossed the road, he swerved sharply. But the sudden maneuver cost a motorist dearly who this morning ended up off the road on Provincial Road 68 near Sant'Anna, in the Marrubiu area.

The accident happened shortly after 7: the man driving an Opel Mokka lost control of the car which ended up against the guardrail and then into the ditch.

The motorist got out of the passenger compartment alone and immediately asked for rescuers to intervene. The 118 Flema rescue workers, the carabinieri and the Oristano firefighters arrived on site. The medics provided assistance to the motorist who was taken to San Martino for further checks, the conditions do not appear serious. The firefighters made the area safe, while the police reconstructed the dynamics of the accident.
