La Maddalena: in the club without a shirt, then attacks the shopkeeper who asks him to put it on

A merchant from La Maddalena, with a business in the historic center, allegedly had a fight with a tourist, not Italian, of considerable build, reporting some abrasions and a contusion. Having entered the place bare-chested, shortly before 5:00 p.m., the man was allegedly invited by the owner to put on a T-shirt.
It would have first ensued an argument, inside and outside the premises, and then a fight with the intervention of other people who would have prevented things from degenerating. An unfortunate fact, in this particularly hot Maddalena summer, crowded not only on the beaches and islands, but also in the streets, frequented by thousands of tourists who live here on holiday, or who have arrived for a day by ferry, or with their own watercraft or with shuttles from other locations (whose tours to the islands of the National Park also include a stop in the historic centre of Maddalena).
It also happens that some tourists, just as they are on the beach and on the boat or shuttle, also wander around the squares and streets of the city, entering shops or bars. Years ago a specific prohibition order was issued, probably still in force, but it is difficult to enforce if, in some cases, common sense is lacking.
