Scenes of ordinary incivility and vandalism in Ittiri. Last night some young people "had fun" in via Sulis , a street a few meters from the municipality headquarters, spreading the rubbish of a nearby restaurant for tens of metres . Even managing to hit and fill the shelter of a building, three meters above the ground, with an entire bag of waste .

“But another time they threw a bicycle on top of us,” the witnesses recall. "The residents are exasperated - says Manuela Soro, a member of the opposition in the city council, who this morning collected complaints from those who live in the area - These episodes are repeated in a worrying way on weekends and holidays ."

Beer bottles, overturned bins, "eviscerated" bags on the street, a drainage canal uprooted and destroyed: the panorama is impressive for those who have been able to see.

"We haven't turned a blind eye for the umpteenth time - reports a resident - This is an unsustainable degradation ."

However, identifying those responsible is complex because there are no video surveillance systems in the area. "We have asked on several occasions to put in cameras - some residents say - but they don't allow it."

And so it is feared that what happened last night, and on other days, could be repeated again soon in the street which is located in the historic center.
