The Tempio Prosecutor's Office has requested the dismissal of the investigation opened last June against the cabaret artist and teacher, Giuseppe Masia. No animal abuse, no brutal suppression of a cat in the home garden: according to the prosecutor, the accusations against Masia are baseless.

The events at the center of a flash investigation occurred inside the professor's villa in Olbia last June. According to the initial hypothesis, the comedian tried to chase away a kitten that had entered his garden. But the most serious event occurred after the cat left its shelter . According to the complaint filed against the comedian, Masia would have set his dog against the cat and it would have ended badly for the feline.

The professor's version is different: no incitement to the dog but an attempt to separate the two animals. The Tempio Prosecutor's Office closed the case, believing that nothing could be contested against the teacher. Masia's lawyer, Angelo Sechi, declined to comment.
