An internship at the Quirinale. A very important opportunity for the hotel students of the Ianas institute in Tortolì.

About ten of them, among the most deserving of the cooking, dining and hospitality courses, will participate in a training project at the Quirinale in the coming months. The good news was given by the project coordinator and Ianas teacher Fabrizio Murru, on the sidelines of the debate meeting organized by the institute in collaboration with the CISL Scuola with the "presidents' chef" Pietro Catzola, who presented his book and told the young people about his thirty-year experience in the kitchens of the Quirinale.

The morning ended with lunch at the school's educational restaurant with a respectable menu cooked and served by the students under the careful guidance of the teachers. "Burrida a sa tortoliesa", t"undusu ricamausu a spiga", "pardula deconstructed", some of the delicacies prepared by the boys.

At the meeting, moderated by Giusy Ferreli, there were also two former Ianas students who are now established entrepreneurs in the catering field, Daniele Mirai and Stefano Piliero. The CISL secretary Michele Muggianu and Barbara Marongiu also spoke. The meeting was intended to be a moment to make the kids understand that with study, passion and motivation the best goals can be achieved. Like getting to the Quirinale kitchens.
