Healthcare: the majority creaks, but in the end there is an agreement. The resolution on the 4 hospitals must be "integrated"

Even in the Regional Council, in the end the majority reached a synthesis on the question of the new hospitals . After the intervention in the Chamber by the president of the Region ( "Epochal project, the money is there and we will build four hospitals" ), the centre-right forces signed an agenda that summarizes the four motions presented by the Brothers of Italy, Forza Italy, the League and the Reformers and who asked for the modification of the Council resolution of last June 1 on the launch of the feasibility study for the construction of new garrisons in Cagliari, Sassari, Alghero and in the Sulcis Iglesiente area.

In the agenda, the parties come to terms with Solinas: no modification of the resolution but, among other things, the request for his commitment to integrate or modify , with future resolutions, that of 1 June on the basis of the indications contained in the seven points of the same odg.

It is a text that subverts the resolution , so much so that up to the last minute, before the go-ahead, the possibility of a negative opinion from the Giunta was concrete.

These are the points of the agenda: the commitment to define the implementation of the health reform on the plan for the restructuring and maintenance of hospital facilities also in the light of the changed conditions of the national and regional health system; to redefine the hospital network based on the desire to build new hospitals; to urgently start the extraordinary maintenance works of the existing hospital structures ; to start the extraordinary maintenance interventions of Anas Brotzu confirming it as a center of excellence in innovation and research; to strengthen the other Sardinian oncological facilities with structural modernization and the purchase of innovative equipment.

Finally, to use the enormous economic resources available (Solinas spoke of 1.5 billion : 900 million from the revenue agreement and another 500 from administration surplus) in a timely and efficient manner, considering asking the Government to resort to commissioner powers to speed up the creation of highly complex works .
