Sardinian healthcare has enormous organizational problems, "we have hit rock bottom and we can only improve", declared councilor Armando Bartolazzi, the first to be heard by the Sixth Commission which this morning began the series of hearings to examine legislative decree 40 , the "functional" reform of the Sardinian healthcare system.

The objectives: « We are aiming for three regional centers for prevention, rehabilitation and mental illnesses. Finally, the appointment of the general directorates of the ASL : «It is functional to the improvements that we foresee and will be done if there are the conditions . And if there are professionals willing to take on a difficult project like this».
For its part, the opposition rises up and reiterates the urgency of giving priority to the Budget . "Given the delicate and uncertain moment, it is better to immediately secure the Region's accounts" is the common thought expressed by the minority group leaders. But for the majority, "it is unacceptable to block institutional activity" despite the puzzle over the governor's dismissal.
