The Nuoro entrepreneur wrote to the premier exposing an analysis of the critical situation of health facilities throughout the island, starting from the San Francesco hospital in Nuoro, and then broadening the range to Lanusei, Oristano, Sassari and Gallura.

"The workforce complain about a gap of about 1500 between doctors and nurses. But the figure will increase because the average age of the staff is high and our two universities are unable to keep up with the exits from the world of work. Unfortunately, the new specialists they are far fewer than newly retired ".

"The Regional Council - continues the entrepreneur - is slow in offering solutions, especially in allocating resources. Still nothing has been done, despite the numerous appeals, which however come from us private citizens, not from confederations or trade associations , who shine for silence and indifference. "Together with friends I started a petition to the Presidency and the Regional Health Department", Rosas continues. "The rapid progress of the collection of signatures, which in these hours, after just three days, it is doubling 10 thousand, certifies the urgency of the matter and its taking on the citizenship ". And finally the invitation "to seriously consider the military solution, already applied with enormous success to the Covid emergency, giving the army the task of reorganizing our hospitals so that they are returned to efficiency in the shortest possible time".
