He persecutes the customers of the Iperpan in Viale La Playa, Cagliari, asking for money in an increasingly pressing and in some cases even threatening and intimidating manner. When the security guard tries to remove him, he reacts by insulting and threatening him.

And not even the arrival of the police is enough to calm him down, so much so that the man reacts and pushes them, forcing the military to stop him and take him to the barracks.

The protagonist is a 36-year-old Senegalese, a harassing and aggressive beggar sadly known to customers and shopkeepers in the area's shopping centres.

The man was taken to the barracks in via Nuoro to be arrested for resisting; in his backpack the police also found some food stolen from the same shop. The 36-year-old, who also has two children with a woman from Selargius but his parental rights have been revoked, is also the recipient of an expulsion order, as he is illegal on national territory.

So the Carabinieri, after a provision issued by the Police Commissioner of Cagliari, took him to the Macomer CPR for expulsion.
