He hid 748 kilos of fireworks in the house without any authorization and therefore in open violation of the regulations for the protection of public safety.

A man from Cagliari ended up in trouble, discovered by the Guardia di Finanza after a package with a large quantity of fireworks intended for him, coming from Naples , was intercepted in a mail sorting center in Elmas .

Further investigations revealed that the recipient of the goods did not have a license to sell the products . And, moreover, it did not have a suitable storage room, as required by current legislation.

The Fiamme Gialle, in the subsequent inspection of the man's home, thus discovered a grand total of 748 kg of fireworks of various kinds , made in China, with a net quantity of gunpowder of 92 kg .

The man was charged on the loose for having transported and deposited the materials without the required authorisations.

The seized fires, although they are category F2 products, i.e. freely sold, cannot be held in quantities exceeding 5 kg, in this case representing a real danger for the safety of people and things , as well as for the safety of others tenants residing in the building .
