Guspini, takes possession of other people's land by putting up fences and padlocks: reported

The Carabinieri of Guspini have reported a fifty-five-year-old from Desul, resident in Gonnosfanadiga, a breeder, well known to the police, for failure to comply with the provisions of the authority and private violence .

The man had set up fences, bars and padlocks to prevent the legitimate owners from reaching their land , in the Campu Scruiddu and Genna Suergiu localities. All to appropriate it and provide sustenance for their sheep.

All this in violation of ordinance number 18 of 16 May 2023, issued by the Mayor of the Municipality of Gonnosfanadiga, who had already ordered him to remove the obstacles and allow the legitimate owners to access those fields.
