Villamassargia: Two puppies rescued by the Carabinieri are now looking for a home.
The two dogs, abandoned in the Monte Cadelano area, will now be cared for by the military while awaiting adoption.

They were abandoned in the countryside of Villamassargia, under the scorching sun. But help arrived for two Maremma-like puppies: the Carabinieri from the local station noticed them and immediately rescued them.
It happened this morning, in the Monte Cadelano area, during a routine patrol.
Once at the station, the dogs received fresh water, food, and initial care, including flea treatment. The Municipality's adoption process for the two dogs was also activated: a veterinary examination confirmed they were not microchipped and were in good health.
Until the ASL veterinarians have completed their handling of the puppies, they will be cared for by the Carabinieri, awaiting their future adoption.
