In Guspini , the Carabinieri reported a 61-year-old local breeder already known for judicial precedents, for introducing or abandoning animals in other people's land and illegal grazing, ideological falsehood committed by a private individual in public deed and aggravated fraud for the achievement of public disbursements.

The investigation was triggered by the complaint of the owners, who had discovered the registration with the Revenue Agency of a rental contract in his name and without his knowledge . Thus the Carabinieri reconstructed what happened over the years.
