The Italian-Norwegian student who is the main accuser of Ciro Grillo, Edoardo Capitta, Vittorio Lauria and Francesco Corsiglia, accused in the trial for group sexual violence taking place in Tempio Pausania, could be heard in a protected hearing with the assistance of a psychologist.

The hypothesis, which must still and possibly be formalized in a request by the girl's civil party lawyer, the lawyer Giulia Bongiorno, was expressed in the last hearing on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 September, when she testified in the courtroom the other alleged victim, the Milanese student .

A testimony that lasted hours, during which the girl was subjected to a barrage of questions that brought to light some inconsistencies in the reconstruction of the facts signed by the young woman who claims to have been raped.

According to the lawyer Giulia Bongiorno, her client would be exposed to a situation that could harm her. If the request is requested and then accepted, his deposition, scheduled for four days, could therefore be collected with the methods that are applied in particular cases. But there is a battle between lawyers on the issue.

«We believe that there are no elements to present this request - maintains the lawyer of the defense pool of the four accused, Antonella Cuccureddu - because there is a report from the psychologist, who has also already testified in the courtroom, and confirmed that the girl is perfectly capable of facing a new deposition . Furthermore, she answered thousands of questions posed to her by the Carabinieri at the time of the complaint and hundreds of questions asked by the public prosecutor, proving herself perfectly capable of remembering."

The Italian-Norwegian student, already present in court in Tempio last Friday but not in the courtroom at the time of the testimony of the other alleged victim, will take the witness stand on 7 and 8 November and 13 and 14 December.
