A member of the college transferred to Bari and another assigned to the gip and gup role, the college of the Court of Tempio that deals with the Grillo case is losing pieces. The confirmation is of these hours but the transfer to Puglia of one of the magistrates who deal with the process for the alleged gang sexual violence contested against Ciro Grillo and his friends Edoardo Capitta, Vittorio Lauria and Francesco Corsiglia has been known for some time.

For the continuation of the process, the provisions concerning the Gallurese judges are certainly a problem. It is not excluded that the panel will be armored with ad hoc applications that require the magistrates to remain in the Temple until the conclusion of the hearing and only for this process.

Certainly from tomorrow one of the judges who has dealt with the case up to now will already be in Bari. The next hearing is set for next Monday and the decisions of the magistrates will be known only in the courtroom.
