Grillo case, the friend of the alleged rape victim: "She told me she had been raped"

Other important elements emerge from the deposition (concluded in the evening before the judges of the Tempio Court) of the friend of the victim of the alleged gang rape, alleged against Ciro Grillo (Beppe Grillo's son) and three peers.

The witness, a Milanese student in her early twenties, confirmed that on the morning of 17 July 2019, in the Grillo house in Porto Cervo, the alleged victim, referring to what happened during the night, told her: "I am was raped."

The witness confirmed with clarity, and overcoming emotion in the most delicate passages, all the circumstances already reported to the judicial police. For example, he would have said that he had witnessed, in the Billionaire's private room, the kiss between Ciro Grillo and the girl who, according to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, had been raped. The witness also said that in the Grillo house, when she told the four boys that she would sleep alone, none of them insisted or tried to make her change her mind.

On the night between 16 and 17 July, when the violence allegedly took place, the witness would not have heard anything, but would have seen her friend in tears.

On the morning of the 16th, the two girls, the witness said, were accompanied by car from Grillo and Corsiglia to Arzachena. A video of the evening at the Billionaire also surfaced that the alleged victim allegedly posted on the afternoon of July 17th. The witness is also the victim of the trial, she was photographed while sleeping with one of the boys naked nearby.
