Grabbed by her husband by the hair, hit on the head with kicks and bites: the beating in Senorbì

Badly beaten and injured with a bite to the forehead.

The victim, a 36-year-old woman of Moroccan origin, reported the beating suffered by her husband, a 43-year-old street trader, late yesterday evening to the carabinieri of Senorbì.

According to her story a few hours earlier the man, during an argument for futile reasons, grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground, hitting her several times on the head with kicks and punches, then biting her.

The medical guard, where the woman went to be treated, confirmed this version of the facts.

The social services therefore intervened and placed the victim in an emergency in a place other than his home. Thus a red code for gender-based violence was activated.
