Girl attacked by a stranger at Poetto: witnesses are sought
The young woman filed a complaint and the carabinieri investigated to find the person responsible. The images of the cameras are being examined
A formal complaint was presented to the carabinieri of Quartu after the attack - Friday evening - of an underage girl at Poetto.
The same soldiers of the mobile radio operating unit and of the local station have started the investigations after hearing several people, including the victim. Strict confidentiality is maintained on the matter.
The investigators are on the trail of any witnesses as well as are looking for any images of cameras placed in the area where the attack took place.
According to the reconstruction of the facts, the stranger kicked and punched the girl, causing her injuries. The victim managed to fight back, forcing the stranger to flee, after snatching her Apple Watch.
The same girl was later rescued by other people who were jogging along the promenade.
